Job Description

We are looking for a structured and driven process engineer/technician to join our VP&Oil team at Power Transformers. You will work in a small team that constantly strives to develop our drying and oil treatment processes. The key to success is our continuous improvement of manufacturing efficiency. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset who is structured and clear in words and actions. We also believe you enjoy being challenged by clear performance goals.

To succeed in this role, you should thrive in a flexible and challenging environment. We seek someone who can adapt their work to new changes and deliver against set goals.

How you will make an impact

  • You will identify, recommend, and drive improvements in existing processes.
  • The role also includes leading structured analyses and working on quality development.
  • Drive troubleshooting and investigate process issues.
  • Lead and participate in structured efforts to identify and mitigate risks in our processes.
  • Structure and manage information regarding our processes.

Your background

  • We are looking for someone with an interest and previous work experience in process safety, programming, and control technology. Experience with CAD is a plus.
  • You have prior experience working in a dynamic, international, and multicultural environment with many points of contact.
  • You thrive in active teamwork and contribute to smooth collaboration.
  • You are results-oriented, making it natural for you to strive to exceed goals and continuously work on improvements to create efficiency.
  • Experience with Vapour Phase processes and oil systems is also a plus.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
